"Great old Hotel with wonderful breakfast.. Location is phenomenal -right in the old town..Steps away from Irish pub and other places..Staff is great and very friendly..Lady at the front dask-Federike- very kind and helpful. Only problem is Parking..There is almost No parking on the property..Only 5 park spaces and its extra 15 euro per night..I got an ticket 55 euros for parking on the street in the back of the property.. Other than that great 10 days stay"

"The location can't be beat...my unit looked out the window to a narrow cobblestone street that led up to a Piazza with fountain. Cute grocery right off the Piazza. I loved the big bathroom, excellent shower, kitchen, and brightness of the space. The ceilings are domed as most buildings were built in 17th century. There is a very important thing to know about this place which I missed. It is not a hotel and there is no front desk or anyone to let you into the building. Imagine it more like an...

"Great location, nice facilities, easy online check in process. I would have given a 5 star review, but there were no drinking glasses, the dishwasher had the last persons dishes in it, and there was only a 2/3 roll of toilet paper. I'd also suggest they provide a couple of laundry detergent pods as there is a convenient laundry on the ground floor."

"Staying at the Schatzlhof is almost a lifetime experience. This cozy hotel has a lot to offer: wonderful environment, very quiet, lots of hospitality, great service, outstanding cuisine, and lots of homemade treasures (venison, huge variety of liquors up to home-made whiskey). There are around 200 European elks in a beautifully fenced area, spectacular. Highly recommendable..."

"Don't be fooled by the photos on hotels .com the room we had 302 was over due a refurbished the bathroom towel rail broken the shower had no screen the bath was too narrow the tiles need replacing the room looked like it needed painting and furniture replaced shame as the rest off the place ie restaurant bar food etc was first class "
