So, I have just received a response to my google review regarding this property and my stay here. It seems like they are not in touch with the way an establishment should deal with their customers. As, instead of an apology all I received were indirect jabs on how I was wrong in feeling the way I felt. The manager never responded to any of my attempt to communicate and now he did in a derogatory manner with inaccurate information and rudeness through this entire journey not one person from this business has apologized for misrepresentation and disrespect they have put me through so far. They have tried to put the blame on me by stating I asked to smoke in the room which is inaccurate I asked to smoke in the balcony which I was told not, to by the receptionist as if I was in boarding school. I was given the 5th floor to stay when I had paid for an ocean view apartment. No Apology whatsoever by this business only expedia apologized was not even there fault.

Fantastic accommodation that is walking distance to beach, main Broadbeach eateries and tram. The view both during the day and night is beautiful. Reception staff member Hibi was just wonderful too. I highly recommend this place.

The place was 5 minutes walk from the Broadbeach busy strip, so it's well located. We felt safe walking home at night; but the latest we stayed out was 9.30pm. The place was basically new and very clean. Nice big heated swimming pool and barbecue area. The kids loved it. The rooms were large and spacious.

Loved our short 2 night stay. Was absolutely perfect for the baby. Nice gym and pool area with great views, even saw the whales splashing in the distance. Wish I packed my binoculars. The reception girl was fantastic, nothing was a problem. Perfect stay.

We stayed for my work convention at the star which coincided with my husband’s 50th birthday. We have a 4yr old so it was important for us to have a place with space and walking distance to the beach. This ticked all the boxes and more. It was super close to everything but still nice and quiet. Close to parks, beach, shops and tram. I would definitely stay there again and the staff went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

If you’re looking for a nice-ambiance hotel near the beach, this is it! My family and I got an ocean-view apartment on a high-level floor, and it was fantastic. Aside from being eco-friendly, the hotel offers clean and spacious rooms. They have good amenities, and I like the aesthetics of the place. It’s pleasing to the eyes, that its elegant simplicity makes it luxurious. The staff are friendly and welcoming too. Overall experience is great.
