"Lovely people. Very helpful. Just be aware there are a lot of stairs to climb. There are a few rooms on the ground floor so if you have mobility issues, maybe ask for one of those. Also, the breakfast is pretty small. And no restaurant at night. But that’s ok. The people were so kind, it makes up for all that."

"Nice rooms, varıable service from Receptıon, excellent servıce at breakfast. Be aware the hotel lets out the roof for parties, which can be very noisy. Quite tricky to approach by car because of the one way system. Best possible Urfa view from the common areas."

"This was the best budget hotel we stayed in Istanbul. Since it is a new build, the rooms are excellent and it comes with a great buffet Turkish style breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. Be warned that neighbourhood can be noisy so light sleepers should take ear plugs, but the noise does lower after 10:30pm. The manager speaks some English which is quite rare for Şanlıurfa. He also offers tours, but by his own admission is not a proper tour guide. He seems to be well...

"Truly exceptional hotel in a great location in Urfa, within walking distance to major sights in town. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, surrounding a beautiful central courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind, helpful, patient, responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and used translator apps effectively to communicate with guests in various languages. "

"It’s in a good area walking distance to many historical places you would want to visit in the area . It’s got good food in the hotel, and great breakfast options . It’s got an authentic touch to it as the building itself is historical. I liked it . Might seem kind of expensive but it’s worth it "

"Great courtyards and open areas for breakfast and enjoying the scenery. The rooms were nice and our bathroom was great. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and points of interest. The front desk staff doesn’t speak tons of English but was more than willing to help with anything. Google translate rocks! Great spot!"

Hotel where you feel really good

"Clean and great looking hotel with a great atmosphere though in historic building in the old town next to torn down building. The staff was very helpful, breakfast great, parking no problem. Especially many thanks for arranging car repair in just next morning. Rooms face the atrium so some may consider the accomodation bit noisy, depends on room location. Tea pot in the room was appreciated. "
