"Exceptional hotel ideally located. Not flashy but very comfortable (good bed, good linen, good shower, good breakfast). Very well managed by a couple who speaks good English and is very attentive to customers needs and wishes. Very helpful with trip planning. Very good value, highly recommended. "

"People in the hotel was so friendly and nice. But we were thinking to stay in Whyndam group hotel in Sivas. When ş ask to have wine in my room, they said they don't have alcohol. I believe it is not fare not to have it in a chain international hotel. Even in islamic countries, people can find it in the chain hotels. Second issue was the walls. "The hotel is vin a very nice building. Our standard double room on 201 is very small. The toilet door can’t be opened fully because of the wash sink is on the way. Bed is comfy and breakfast is delicious "

"Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing."

"It was a clean hotel, 2 minutes' walk to the city center in Sivas. I spent 6 nights in this hotel. But the staff spoke no English; communication was extremely difficult. And a lot was misunderstood about staying options, minibar costs, and overall accomodations. I found myself paying for things I didn't know they weren't included. It was not honest. It's a total rip-off. Also, they did not accept payment in euros. They wanted Turkish lira, and as I didn't have it at the moment, they made me pay extra in Euro. I don't think I'd stay again in this hotel. It's not the worst, I'm sure, but I wouldn't recommend it at all. It was very problematic since communication was extremely limited and the staff at the reception kept adding absurd expenses and laughing at each other as I paid them. If I were in a city where English was common, I might have reported them to the authorities . But all I wanted was to attend to my business, get through my booking, and get the hell out of that place. The city has many other hotels; I recommend that you look around before booking this hotel. I wouldn't stay in it again ---EVER!"
