No geral, o hotel é mediano . Os funcionários educados sempre buscam ajudar. No entanto, destaco os seguintes itens de melhoria : (i) limpeza : colocar a limpeza diária, ter a necessidade de ligar ate 12h para solicitar é muito ruim. (ii) por nao ter ventilação natural nos quartos, as toalhas deveriam ser trocadas diariamente ao inves de ser trocadas somente por solicitação (e ate 12h) (iii) secador de cabelo precisa ser solicitado com antecedência na portaria (iv) poucos funcionários no cafe da manha - acumulo de pratos sujos o que inviabiliza sentar para realizar a refeição (v) area da piscina sem ventilação, muito abafado e desagradável (vi) sauna não funciona

O hotel possui instalações novas e bem cuidadas. O café da manhã é bem servido com boas opções. No final de semana tem seu horário ampliado, sendo ofertado sa 7h as 11h. A localização, Setor Marista, permite o deslocamento, salvaguardado o trânsito da cidade, de forma facilita para os principais bares e restaurantes da cidade.

Hotel com localização excelente
Hotel muito bem localizado,o time da recepção são pessoas pró ativas,resolvem tudo com agilidade e simpatia e em especial o Leandro da recepcão. Hotel deixa a desejar no quesito limpeza dos quartos e corredores,era uma terça feira e tinha uma embalagem de ifood no corredor do quarto,avisei e continuou la até sexta feira com uma garrafa de suco vazia jogada no corredor,eu tirei foto para registro e mostrei na recepção para ver se seria possível recolher esse lixo no corredor. Mesmo com a Housekeeping a desejar, o hotel é incrivel e o time da recepção nota mil.
