Boa estrutura, mas falta maior cuidado na limpeza
Limpeza somente sob demanda, só ofereciam reposição de frigobar que é terceirizado, mas não faziam reposição nem de sabonete, limpeza deixava a desejar, tendo sabonete velho no box do banheiro e duas poltronas manchadas.

A estadia no geral foi muito boa para mim, mas tive um problema e senti falta de algo. Faltaram alguns itens no banheiro para higiene pessoal, estava em viagem a trabalho e precisava de cotonete, sei que são detalhes mas ajudam o cliente quando o hotel é de alta qualidade. E o problema que tive foi que no domingo precisei sair para uma reunião de trabalho muito cedo, as 6:30 saí e o restaurante do hotel não quis antecipar um café básico pelo menos, o restaurante abria às 7h, essa inflexibilidade é péssima e eu não pretendo voltar no hotel por causa desse detalhe. Paguei uma hospedagem com café da manhã e eles se recusam a fornecer um lanche rápido, inadimissivel para um hotel de qualidade.

Quarto super espaçoso com decoração agradável, cama grande, firme e chuveiro bom Café da manhã muito gostoso, num ambiente tranquilo. Havia pedido por um quarto silencioso e apesar de estar em andar alto havia um barulho constante (parecia de agua de descarga) que incomodou um pouquinho. Mas não comprometeu a estadia. Só poderiam ser mais atenciosos no sentido de atender as solicitações. Estacionamento pago (R$15 a diária). Hotel perto de varios bares e restaurantes. Recomendo
