Best hotel staff ever, friendly and super polite, always ready to assist the guests! The ample and clean rooms are very good and the restaurant serves one of the best cuisine of Brazil (I’m Brazilian so I know what I’m talking about!). The pool area and Spa are also amazing! Super recommended and I’m coming back for sure.

Hotel is great. It’s part of a small mall with coffee shops, pharmacy, convenience store, roof top dinning next door. Lots of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. I didn’t like that they charged for ice in a bucket.

Beautiful relatively new hotel. The bad thing is WiFi. I was on floor 18th and it didn’t work. The front desk employee got maintenance to reset the router but it was useless. I had to use my cellphone company 4G data for the rest of my stay. Very disappointed on this. The room was nice , neat and clean just as shown on the photos.
