- Reception Overcharged - Even without putting on "Don't disturb Tag" no cleaning and no towel change - Door Lock system got broken and went to Reception twice. - Reception (Klaudia) never applologized to that and really wonder if Customer Service training was held.

Gutes Hotel - Bahnhofs- und Altstadtnähe!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmereinrichtung durchdacht, gutes Bett. Frühstück abwechslungsreich. NEGATIV: Warum in aller Welt serviert man 100ml Suppe in einem ausgehöhlten Brotleib? Das ist aus der Zeit und sicherlich nicht nachhaltig!

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację. Blisko jest zarówno do dworca jak i na rynek. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji i restauracji. Śniadania dobre, a brakujące produkty uzupełniane na bieżąco. Plusem jest ogólnodostępna kawa i herbata przez cały dzień oraz możliwość uzupełnienia wody w pokojach z baniaków znajdujących się na każdym piętrze. Najsłabszym punktem jest serwis sprzątający. Prawie godzinne opóźnienie w zameldowaniu spowodowane nieprzygotowanym pokojem, brak sprzątania na następny dzień, a nawet zapytania czy jest potrzebne oraz nieopróżniony kosz w łazience po poprzednim gościu. Obsługa z recepcji przeprasza gościa za opóźnienie co ponownie świadczy o wysokiej jakości personelu i szacunku do klienta. Niezależnie od najsłabszego punktu jestem bardzo zadowolona z tego hotelu i chętnie tu wrócę jak będę w Gnieźnie.

Staff attention to my wife and me was incredible. They do really appreciate you as guests. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. Rooms have a small living room and kitchenete. You have to ask for iron if you need one. Breakfast options were a lot better than others of the area. They speak English.

Gute Lage mit Mängeln.

Gute Lage. Was nicht so top war. Schimmel an der Klimaanlage, Wasser aus der Klimaanlage tropfte auf die Kofferbank. Schlechter Abfluss der Dusche. Frühstück war okay.

Byłam któryś już raz w tym hotelu. Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Przyjeżdżam sama i ze znajomymi na imprezy taneczne, które zwykle są bardzo udane. Wyposażenie p[okojów jest skromne , ale spójne i wystarczające. Nie pamietam czy na oknach są zasłony zaciemniejące , ale sądzę , że tak. Sniadania ok.

Cudownie.

W tym hotelu byłem po raz drugi. Jeden raz z rodziną a teraz sam. Zarówno wtedy jak i dziś obsługa przemiła, Będąc z rodziną nie dość, że zamiast zamówionego pokoju zwykłego otrzymaliśmy za tę samą cenę pokój studio z minikuchnią, dodatkową sofą. Teraz chciałem pokój na samym końcu i najlepiej obok pokoju pustego. Chciałem po prostu odpocząć i na chwilę pobyć sam z myślami nie słysząc żadnych innych głosów zza ściany, czy stuków, czy innych podobnych. Otrzymałem całe piętro dla siebie !!! Tani parking jak na Gniezno i tojeszcze blisko centrum miasta. Do rynku i katedry pół godziny spacerem praktycznie deptakiem. Śniadania smaczne, może nic niesamowitego, ale wszystkiego aż nadto. Polecam restaurację. Bardzo przytulne kanapy, spokojna muzyka, miła obsługa. Nie ma specjalnie dużego wyboru, ale wierzcie mi Państwo w bardzo przystępnej cenie szef kuchni przechodzi samego siebie. Możecie mi wierzyć, że jest to tylko i wyłącznie moja ocena, nie jakiś sponosorowany komentarz. Jestem wręcz zachwycony, bo spędziłem dokłądnie te dwa dni tak jak chciałem - ze swoimi myślami w przytulnym pokoju. Gorąco polecam.
