"Good layout of apartment "

"The apartment we staying in was lovely , comfortable, warm , clean. There was damage to the floor outside of the bathroom so the bathroom door could not close. This was conveyed to us on the day of checkin and we were offered an alternative apartment where the dates didn’t quite match up or 10% discount. Which was fair enough. I emailed back and received a reply the next day. In my opinion this was not soon enough. If I had asked for a different apartment I would have been stuck as we arrived...

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. Freshly decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfast offers everything you can think of: cold meat and cheese, cooked breakfast, salads, pickles, serials, yogurts, hunney straight from honeycomb, 3 types of artisan jam (NOT in mini plastic containers) l, selection of bread and cakes, 3 or 4 juices, tea, coffe, mulled wine! In the room there are tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary freshly ground coffe, tea, coffee pods, water...

"Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !"

"Wonderful welcome when arriving. Excellent room with great view of the castle. Bed really comfortable and good storage. Heating easy to operate and nice bath/shower. Great location, close to the square and Jewish Quarter. Some really great places close by for eating and drinking."

"Good location. Walking distance to Rynek Glowny and Wawel Castle. All sorts of restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean with plenty of towels and basic necessities. Paid street parking out front or paid underground parking. If using underground parking, you need to stop in front of parking gate and run inside to ask security to open gate. Was never an issue for us. "

"Brak kawy, herbaty, czy nawet butelki wody. Pierwszy raz spotykam się, by nie było niczego. Poza tym łóżka łączone, gdzie wpada się do środka na łączeniach. Jakość nieadekwatna do ceny. Z plusów ciepła woda w kranie, czysto i cicho."

"Brand new structure. The rooms are air tight with no a/c so it's a little uncomfortable if you have a room facing the sun like mine. Staff were not always available at the front desk when they were supposed to be. Because of this I would knock off a few points but it is just minor."

"Nice little place, shame it was on 4th floor with no lift. Wouldnt be any good for someone with knee or mobility problems. Communication with the letting people was very good."

"Lovely stay. Clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a castle view and that was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. Breakfast was top tier, best I’ve had at a hotel and so cheap too. Krakow was amazing and old town was so close. A short walk. "

"Great Hotel and can only recommend. The city center and beautiful old town is only a 15min walk which feels like 5mins because there are restaurants and shops all along the way. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious as well as very luxurious modern designed. The breakfast was massive. Everything from good coffee over hot and cold breakfast to cereals and fruits. Can only recommend. "
