"A motel that doesn’t feel like a motel. While it offers the convenience of parking close to the room, the rooms are more hotel-like than typical motels. The

looked beautiful, though it was not

weather when I stayed. Convenient location for a wedding in Gloucester for half the price of nearby hotels. Easy access to Rockport or Rte 128 without being on a busy road. The front desk people were very welcoming and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I was so glad I stayed here!"

"Beautiful view of and walkable to Good Harbor beach which was a great benefit as with the new beach parking protocols you have to sign up 10 days in advance to go on the weekend! Another Huge plus was even though we had to check out at 11 we could stay on the property to use the

all day and stay parked there to walk to the beach!"

"1st time staying at Cape Ann, great place to stay and relax, quiet place, there’s a indoor swimming

. Rooms are easy to get to, beautiful view of the docks and draw bridge from the patio. Restaurant is right inside the hotel , dine in or out or even take out. There’s a movie Threater and home made ice cream across the street, easy to get to and visit the main st and town. The carnival is 10 mins from the resort. My bed was made well , bed was , firm and sheets Tuck In tight. Decent....
