"We stayed two nights on a long weekend, family ski trip. This is one of my favorite resorts we have ever stayed! Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned. The ski bus stop is literally right outside the door of the hotel and takes you right to Zell am see areit express."

"We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist (David), who was super friendly, and gave us advice on what to do. Additionally you get the summer ticket as part of the stay which provides loads of discounts and counts for Public transport as well. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. "Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"Excellent and professional staff great location, free parking, and clean room However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets "

"Pros: The room was as described, staff at the restaurant were very helpful and attentive to our request as we were the only vegetarians it seemed. They made sure we got one hot vegetarian meal. Iliya was the one who always helped. Cons: There was no communication on check-in been dont at the other Hotek Latini and we had to move our large suitcases around. There was no coffee maker in the room. "

"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "
