"We accidentally arrived before checkin opened as we were on the way to a wedding but they were so incredibly accommodating. Made us feel so welcome, offered us a drink and some snacks all free of charge. The guy behind the desk even gave us a lift to the wedding and didn’t expect anything in return. The hotel was lovely and the room was clean and aesthetic. It was some of the best service I’ve ever had! "

"Perfect place to stay tucked away from the craziness down by the larger beaches. Clean and comfortable. Only knock is the mini fridges do not to keep cold. Staff are happy to sore personal items that you would like cold in the staff fridge. Great dinning options in the area. I Would stay again."

"Conveniently located in the old town close to the cathedral. The hotel would best be described as a boutique hotel. Our room was large and had all the usual amenities. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fairly typical. The elevator is very small. Many nearby restaurants.Only downside is the (people) noise from the streets at night."

"Room had great views and was quiet and comfortable. As a downside, the metal panels on the balcony above our patio were severely rusted and, in addition to detracting from the visual appeal of the building, it may not be safe. Other than that, I would recommend adding a separate small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Thanks for your consideration!"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. We loved that there were many places to tuck away along the coastline, which allowed us to be near the action or not. We stayed in the Siesta Suite which was well worth the upgrade - the private rooftop was stunning and the room had everything we needed."

Great stay

"It was a great room Except the room had a microwave and a sink, cups but no cutlery or plates nor means of washing the cups Would have been nice to have a glass for wine to sit on the balcony at night We did try and obtain the items required but all the bars were run separately and couldnt get anything "

Great stay with fantastic food in Magaluf

"We chose HSM Don Juan based on great price for half-board through Hotels.com, also due to convenient location and for parking space but we got much more out of it! All the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic both in selection and in taste, so we really enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn't adequate for the outdoor pool but never mind. Cleanliness was really good, although the room walls are very thin (possibly the only negative mark for us). Thanks."
