Traffic noise was very noticeable and loud. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included - nothing fancy but satisfying.

We always stay here when we visit the hot springs. It's very clean and the parking is easy. The owner is wonderful and always welcoming. If there are any issues, like AC not working or microwave, he immediately rectifies the situation. He also dotes on our kids, like giving them quarters for the candy machine. We love it here and don't stay anywhere else.

The room smell by the freshener told the made to change the sheets and pillows. They did left the window open while we were gone better no breakfast just coffee. The pictures on Expedia said there was a pool and breakfast that was not true.

This lodging suited our needs. Everything worked great and was clean. Front desk attendant was very nice.

The property was conveniently located, with easy access. The bathroom had a lot of mildew and was in need of remodel. The room was clean enough and the beds were comfortable. It served a purpose of a place to sleep with a hot shower but wouldn't book it for a family vacation.

Carpet looked old and very dirty. Slept on top of covers, dressed and didn’t use the bathroom much… wanted a different place to feel comfortable enough to get washed up. Place looks like a 70’s style motel.
