"The location of the hotel is great and just one stop from the main train station. It is located on a quaint plaza and mini Christmas market. It has nice touches such as free gluwein and treats in the lobby. The room was big and we had free access to items in the minibar. Everything was terrific except that we had to wait almost half an hour for someone to show up at the reception to check us in and give us our hotel keycard. Overall I highly recommend the place and would stay here again!"

"From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service was efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was made up every morning when we had breakfast. The room amenities were excellent land much appreciated😆. There were a free bottle of water, a Nespresso machine and in the lobby fruit juice, water, bonbons and fruit to take as much as you wanted to. "Radebeul is a really nice suburb of Dresden and the Radisson is a great place to stay whilst there. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and the rooms we stayed in were clean and spacious. On the whole, we had a very enjoyable stay but I do have a few minor criticisms. The main one is that the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable (please buy new ones)! We were on the first floor of Anna Villa and there were the usual inconsiderate guests slamming doors and seemingly stamping their feet...

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. Then you take your beverages out of a cooler and grab a bottle opener. Tap beer, for some reason, still has to be ordered at the bar and paid in cash. Meals are delivered to the table on a plastic tray—- just likeMcDonalds. Way to ruin a rustic hotel experience!!!"
