"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). "This property was spotlessly clean and once we had the correct person to speak to (not the number we were first given) communications were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the linens pillows etc good quality. However, the lack of tea towels, hand towels and bath mats was a problem and the shower flooded the entire flat, which explained the water damaged doors. Some general repairs were needed which was an irritation. The building is well situated and we could park at no charge in a nearby...
