The property was good and beds were comfortable. My daughter really enjoyed the water slides! It was very conveniently located and Walmart and other stores were right across the street. The breakfast could of been a lot better and when my daughter went to get oatmeal she pulled out a really long black hair out of it.

Very clean and nice property, just didn’t seem to have any management/maintenance checking things but the front desk lady was super nice and tried her best to help. But nothing worked like the coffee maker in the lobby, our living room tv, our shower toiletries were empty. The pool area was a joke, all the pools were freezing even the hot-tub let alone it was so foggy you couldn’t see in there and no pool towels anywhere. Looked like a ghost town. Literally. It was fine for just our couple hour stay passing through town but kind of a bummer for the kids with the pool for how cool it looked in the pictures, it was the main reason we booked.

We appreciated the easy check-in and nice room. We chose this hotel for the pool and slides attached to the hotel, and we weren't disappointed at all! The breakfast the next morning was nice also. Thank you for a nice stay, and we hope to come again!

We stayed at the property for the water park. Upon check in we requested a crib. When we recived the crib finally 7 hours later it was full of food debris. The room had a quarter on the floor next to the bed, and the 2 year old found a cramex jar with a yellow lid under the heater/AC. We did have chickens and ducks outside, kids loved watching them. The pool area is nice but there are alot of missing tiles in the wading pond making sharp areas, and they feel that at 35 degrees they need to open the exterior doors and freeze you out. It is also kinda creepy the way the men sit there and watch all the women in suits as the gawk at everyone. Unfortunately I nor any of my guest speak a second language, our primary language is english and I found it difficult to over come the language barrier between the staff and ourselves.

While driving home from Seattle it snowed all through Wyoming. It was so bad I could barely see the road and had to pull over and get a room. Country Inn & Suites was a lifesaver BUT when I left at 5:15 am the next morning no coffee was ready. I was told it would take 15 minutes to heat up so I left. Not happy but was grateful I had a place to sleep.

Book somewhere else for the price
The only reason we booked here is because of the water park inside. Almost an hour before check in I was told it was shut down. The inside is being remodeled but looks in bad shape everywhere. The rooms weren’t cleaned what so ever and the remodeled one was didn’t even look remodeled. The photos advertised on the website aren’t even the actual rooms. The room looked uncleaned and the tub had hair in it. One of the faucets looked like it had ketchup dried to it. For the price I paid,the stay was not worth it at all. The only good thing was the lady who checked us in was so sweet and the breakfast wasn’t bad. Other than that, don’t waste your money on this hotel! It’s not worth the $180 I paid to stay in this craphole!!

Like it was new.
My room was recently refurbished. Carpet was new and also had fresh paint scent, just a hint. Made it fell like a brand new hotel. All clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, too, for a "free" breakfast. Great coffee in the lobby, unusual for a hotel. Thanks.

I usually have a great stay here. It’s been my go to place when visiting. This trip was a longer stay. The TV made us sign in into apps every time the tv was turned off. When we arrived we did not get a room key until hours after checking in. There was remodeling going on during the day which made it hard to stay in room due to noise. Had to get room keys almost every time we left because the ones we had wouldn’t work. Front desk never had quarters available for laundry room. Ice machine on second floor doesn’t work. I usually wouldn’t complain but this stay was disappointing and will probably go elsewhere next time I am in town.

Great deal for cost
Quick check in. One of the cleanest hotels we stayed at during this trip across the US. Some of the furnishings and hallways need a refresh but comfortable and as stated very very clean.
