"All staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great. Breakfast had a nice variety. Pool was open but hot tub was closed, waiting for maintenance. Overall, it was a great stay. "

"Love staying at this Best Western. Always clean and comfortable rooms. We like the pool and Hot Tub area, great game room for the kids. The breakfast was excellent too. "

"Property was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. The only issue was that some guests came back very very late at night and walked in front of the rooms yelling and laughing very loudly. That was very disrespectful. Other than that, I liked everything else. Breakfast was very good. "

"I love the property. They want to charge a 5$ fee to bring up silverware, but would bring up towels.. vending machine also didn’t work, took my money, no refund. And only 1 elevator was working.. so we waited 15 minutes to get a lift up to the 17th floor. But the property and room was very nice! I will stay here again for sure. "

"The Inn is absolutely amazing, even better then advertised. However, the area its located in is very questionable. I would not allow that to deter me from staying here though. Absolutely an amazingly different stay if you're looking for something different. We loved it!"
