"This is a true gem. The owners were wonderful. They called to check on me and even surprised me with dinner a couple nights (which was amazing). The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. "This place is beautiful but I must warn you they have a rat 🐀 infestation. I saw many big rats eating leftovers from plates left outside guest doors. It horrified me going in out of my room. Even in broad daylight the rats 🐀 come out. Its too expensive of a hotel to have rats. I had one of the most expensive rooms a few months ago and the rats just T'd me off. The staff acts as if its normal and ok but its not. "
