"Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. "All in all we had a good stay there. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed. "The location is absolutely idyllic, the cottage was well maintained. I'd have no hesitation recommending Langbrook if you like quiet and seclusion in a natural setting. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the native birds and other fauna from the patio, particularly one juvenile magpie who camped outside our door to watch for us, then skittered away when we came outside, but not far enough that he couldn't keep an eye on us! Absolutey charming."
