This hotel looks like 3 starts, definitely not 4. Outdated, robe and towels look very old. The bathroom is spacious but the shower is very tiny and can barely move around. It's located right on the train station, so it is noisy, but the bed was very comfortable.

Idéalement situé près de la gare Cornavin à Genève, offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Les chambres, bien décorées et confortables, assurent un séjour agréable. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel. La chambre était belle et bien aménagée, avec une climatisation efficace qui nous a permis de rester au frais tout au long de notre séjour. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, proche des principales attractions et des transports en commun. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et attentionné, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Tout simplement top ! Une grande variété de choix et des produits frais. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Right next to the train station, so very convenient to get to the Geneva airport, but it was also too noisy to keep any windows open. (We couldn't get it cool enough in the room to sleep well.) Again, because it was so close to the train station it was a bit of a gritty neighborhood, but shops were very convenient (pharmacy, grocery, take-way meals.) The bed was comfortable and large but two wimpy pillows. We could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I'd stay there again if I had an early flight or train to catch, but otherwise, I would stay elsewhere.

Great location but A/C didn't work.
Excellent location right next to the train station. Room was clean, but the air conditioning didn't seem to work, so it was very hot and stuffy during the night and I had to open a window to cool the room down.
