"A few days away for my husbands birthday surprise. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a better room with a partial lake view and a bath. The only slight issue was the bath side was extremely high, fine for us, but for anyone with mobility issues it would have been a problem stepping in and out of the bath. The room was very comfortable & trendy. The staff were polite & efficient. When we had a slight issue with our room not being cleaned one day, we were immediately offered a drink in the bar while it was being cleaned. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was far too expensive for what was on offer. We did enjoy the Valentines dinner - the food was amazing, the service great. Shame there weren't more guests in there for the atmosphere. All in all a good hotel that we've already recommended. "

"Very close to airport so the shuttle comes to pick you up in just a few minutes. Pleasant rooms with plenty of places to rest your luggage. Train station across the street so you can easily get into central Geneva. "
