"The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "

"This hotel is unique. Art everywhere. The building needs a little attention here and there but the Staff make the stay. Friendly, helpful and genuinely warm in their dealings with you. Food was a choice of a fish menu or a meat menu. With up to four courses different each night. (No pizza 😊) there are other restaurants nearby but you will miss the chance of lovely food. The wines are good value and from the local region. We’ve enjoyed our stay here and will look to come again"

"This was a fantastic hotel, the staff made us feel so at home. Rooms were spotless and we had fantastic service from everyone. Even printed us some tickets off that we forgot to print before we left. Breakfast was delicious and the room balconies were a pleasant extra. Pool area was great.
