"Greate hotel. The only issue was that we needed to do some laundry, but their laundry service was incredibly expensive. Otherwise, the staff were nice, they could speak english, their breakfast was great, the room was clean and they had an elevator."

"Great location , close to rail and buses, walking distance to tower and duomo.Dining option on the walking route. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom but air conditioning is old and had to open the inner verandah doors to cool the room down ."
