"The resort is beautiful, it’s secluded and private. The pool has a pretty view and there is bar service while you enjoy. The staff is incredible; we were there the night of the wildfire. We didn’t have our own car so The staff drove us down the mountain to safety. They are an excellent team and unbelievably accommodating and kind. "

"We arrived at 4pm after a three hour car journey, it took them some time to find our booking, we were then told the room was not ready (despite check in said to be available from 12.30). After a further wait, with no offer of refreshment or apology, we were shown to a room which had no fridge and whose key had "been taken by the previous occupants".
