Great Spa. Rest far away from price level.
Given the location (at the border, far away from larger cities) and given the price, this hotel clearly aims at a luxury market. It has a 5* spa, but the rest of the experience is 3* at max. The overall looks of the hotel are nice but just functional. The room is natural wood but lacks any signs of luxury. The food in the restaurant was average at best. The reception couldn't find a spare toothbrush (I'd forgotten mine). Oh, did I mention that the kitchen closes at 9pm? All of this is ok for an average Austrian countryside hotel, but not at this price level.

Alles super sauber, einzig der Außenpool bei den Saunen (warmes Becken) hatte an verschiedenen Stellen größere Flächen, dunkler Ablagerungen am Boden. Keine Ahnung was das genau war.. Aber sonst wirklich alles top!

Therme Geinberg
Eine schöne Therme mit großen Außenpools. Es waren immer freie Liegen verfügbar. Das Abendessen hat sich weitaus verbessert. War vor ein paar Jahren nicht so gut. Der Außenbereich des Kaffeehauses neben dem Sportbecken ist sehr klein. Die Tische sind heiß begehrt. Leider wird auf Nichtraucher keine Rücksicht genommen. Unmittelbar neben dem Kaffeehaus befinden sich Sitzgelegenheiten auf einem Sandboden. Bei ausreichender Beschattung könnte dieser Bereich als Nichtraucherbereich genutzt werden. Die Nichtraucher würden sich freuen. Ansonsten ein schöne Therme, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel. Das erste Mal mit Freundinnen, das zweite Mal mit meinem Mann. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber keine übertriebene, schleimende Freundlichkeit, Gott sei Dank. Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat viel Auswahl. Therme bietet extra Bereich für Hotelgäste und man hat überall Zutritt. Ich fahr da sicher wieder hin!!!!
