"I booked this for one of my vendor who had stayed here for a few times in the past 2 years. However this time they were dissapointed. The room was messy and dusty like it hasn't been cleaned for sometimes. There are cockroach and leaking shower that goes to the bedroom. "

"The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay."

"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."

"I was staying for family vacation, the greatest thing is location, and as old hotel it has great space in the room. But yes as old hotel the facilities also been old, pool is small, and the toddler pool is not kind of clean, and for the area with carpet will smell like moldy anywhere. Anyway all the staff was giving very good service and quick action on our need."
