The location was amazing. Right next to the royal mile. The hotel messaged us right after booking to let us know about check in times and when the desk would be manned. I let them know our flight was going to be coming in later and they made sure someone was there to great us. Room was comfortable and clean. Was very warm in November and they left some tes, coffee and water for us.

This hotel is beautiful. Very well located in a popular area. All reception members that we encountered were friendly. The rooms and public areas are immaculate. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious with a large wardrobe, decent bathroom and plenty of towels etc. Very good value for money, although we did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

Good price, ok place, nice location
We had a good time and for the price and location it was very nice, but the quality you expect and see from the pictures is a bit misleading as it is a bit old. The hotel is also on the most loud street where everyone walks and drinks at night. But all in all, can't complain, the staff was kind.
