Nice apartment, but could provide better service.
The communication was lacking. I was sent the entry code for the door and told the keys were in the mail box. I was also told parking spot 29. No information was given about how to get into the building directly from the garage (There was a magnetic fob on the key chain.) So we walked back through the garage door at the far end with all of our luggage. The WiFi password wasn’t listed anywhere in the apartment and when I texted the number that sent the code, I got no response. Fortunately they had to come the next morning to pick up the city taxes, so they provided it to us then. We were only given one hand towel for the two of us to share for three days, a small kitchen towel and no pot holders for the oven. We did get one bath towel each, but to be honest they were scratchy/crunchy like they had been hung to dry. The apartment appeared clean but I continued to smell some smells near the kitchen and in the bedroom. Also the inside bathroom doorknob came off in my hand the first time I tried to close the door. It made getting the door closed for privacy a bit tricky. I texted about that as well with no response. I know that my texts were sent because when I texted to ask what to do with the keys when I left, I received a response pretty quickly. In summary, there should be a basic information sheet in the apartment, they should’ve provide more than one hand towel, they should provide better/softer bath towels, and they should provide more information before arrival.
