"I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything. You call a number (True North)and the young lady says she will get housekeeping. Really? There is NO one there, not even an office anymore. The place is misnamed. "We had less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls were in the room. 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoos or any other amenities. Mattresses were only about 5" thick and were like sleeping on plywood. Pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. One of the bedspreads had a big tear on the top. No fitted sheets on the bed and the sheets that were there kept coming untucked. The place is for sale. It is like they don't care anymore."
