We loved the pool area! There were two small hot tubs and the pool had an area to swim to the out ddor pool area. It also had a little fire pit area that was nice. The parking gargae was terrible. It was extremely difficult to park.

The room was nice, had a great view of Gatlinburg and a nice balcony! The distance to shps and activities was great also. The hot, full breakfast was amazing! This was our first time staying here but will definitely be back

The lady at the front desk wasn’t super friendly, felt like we were bothering them with checking in. Not sure what the smell was but the hallway of our floor smelled horrendous. However, for the price you can only complain so much in comparison to surrounding hotels. The location was wonderful, walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg.

We enjoyed this property a lot! The only problem with this place is the two elevators for the whole building. Expect wait times. We were there during the New Year celebration!
