"This is a great concept but not a great execution. New building but the furnishings are low cost. Very squeaky bedframe, dirty sofa in the leaving room, sparse bathroom with no shower curtain, cheap faucets and towels that have seen a better life. All white floors are beautiful but you can see all the dirty spots. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job."

"This is a nice place to look at. The room was clean and the site was well maintained. My only issue was with the burned out light bulbs in the room that were never checked and the person at the front desk who flatly refused to make a breakfast reservation for us. I have never, in over 1500 hotel stays around the world, been refused a breakfast reservation simply because someone did not want to accomodate my request.
