"I stayed here once before and was so impressed. This time I wasn’t AS impressed but still did the job. It had all the amenities but the kettle was slightly broken and of lesser value than my previous room. The staff was friendly in the morning but evening check in didn’t have the same “charm”. I will stay again because it’s so convenient, has a nice kitchen area, bathroom nice and bright, and beds comfortable."

"Our stay at Relais Spa Val d'Europe was great. Would definitely stay there again. It is close to Disneyland, shopping, restaurants and has an excellent shuttle service. The staff are polite, professional and helpful. No complaints."

"The hotel was beautiful, our room was very modern and was updated. We really enjoyed the 2 nights that we stayed. The bus picks you up right outside to take you to Disneyland or you can walk. It was very convenient. Half a block down there’s a bakery that has amazing macaroons and other goods. The property and hotel room were very clean."

"Room was spacious. Good security. Friendly staff. Good location close to the shopping centre and the train station. Convenient for a trip to the Disney parks. Overall, a great stay."

"We stayed for one night before Disney. Great budget stopover, would of been a bit cramped it we had stayed for our entire holiday, but its a good budget option. free shuttle bus to and from the park was great :-) "

"Every visit to Disneyland and Disney world thru my life has been magical until this one. We rented a 3 room apartment. We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11. Security yelled at us for 45 minutes and finally they allowed us into drop luggage in a security office. We take shuttle...

"Great place to stay for disney. Theres a bus direct to and from the park every half hour for only 2.50 each way. Accommodation has everything we needed it was not the best condition but cant complain for the reasonable price. The parc was lovely to walk around. Overall its a great location "

"Great for family trips. Our child enjoyed the magic hall and the room very much. We also went to the pool and she liked the baby pool a lot. The only drawback is that the water was too cold in the pool. I saw several parents took their children away because the water was too cold. We also didn’t let our daughter played for long there. Would be much better if the hotel had paid more attention to the pool facilities. "

"This is a very nice Disney hotel, I’ve used it before a long time ago but returned with two small children. Room was a really good size, cape cod restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, food is excellent! Plenty of options for adults and small children. Staff are really friendly as we’ve found with all Disney properties. Location is perfect, short walk to the parks and the setting is really nice. There’s a nice little activity room for children. Toilets in the main areas could do with an upgrade, and getting from lakeside entrance up to reception and the main lifts is disjointed and awkward with a buggy! Only two negatives though, we would happily return. "
