"O apartamento 31 está mal conservado, precisa de uma reforma. Já peguei opção melhor no mesmo prédio em 2022, mas desta vez fiquei um pouco desapontado com o que peguei. O atendimento continua excepcional, os apontamentos que fiz no primeiro dia foram prontamente atendidos (Tv que não funcionava, tomada sem espelho de proteção e prateleira do banheiro caindo), enviaram um manutencista pra resolver estes pontos. Entretanto o odor no imóvel está forte (mofo?), além disso atrás do espelho (solto)...
