"The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We needed a sheet because the duvets are a bit too hot, and the receptionist found one for us. The hotel has lovely sitting areas and woodwork in the halls. The breakfast choices were very good, and the dining room was lovely. The tile work in our bathroom was beautiful and bright. We loved the location, a couple of blocks from a main street with a bridge to the old town area and trams to all parts of town. "

The staff is polite and the overall stay has added to our positive experience in Dresden. The breakfast buffet has got broad options, including beverages. The Ibis Dresden Zentrum is a 3-star hotel, with value for money for sure and at a central location with proximity to churches, shopping malls, cafes and sightseeing spots."
"The front desk staff were so kind to us. This was our first time in Germany and they assisted us with getting directions and telling us about great day trips. I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed.
