My only issue is the gps takes you to their event bldg which isn’t connected. I had to call to find where the hotel was located. Highly recommended staying here if you’re in the area. "

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it. Especially because the place itself is very cozy. The biggest problem was the late check-in I did AFTER I HAD CALLED IN ALREADY, the staff kept complaining about how late I was and how she had to wake up very early the next day. Then when I asked about breakfast, she complained about her doing everything by herself including the cleaning after. It seemed that she hated her job and complained about it all the time. Not a good attitude towards it. "

"We loved this hotel. A little old fashioned, but the room was full of character, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The staff and the the atmosphere made us feel very welcome and relaxed. There is a bar and a restaurant on site. Definitely recommend it, would stay there again at the drop of a hat. About 2 minutes from the motorway and a lovely area to walk in. Shop and petrol station directly opposite. Perfect."

"Cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. No bath mat. Dangerous shower configuration. WAs occasionally noisy with limited noise suppression. Great breakfast but staff were not replacing buffet items. Scrambled eggs gone. Too warm room. Great location. Kind staff. "
