"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "For the area that the property is in and the price we paid I have no complaints. You won't get 5 star luxury for £250 a week, however it has everything needed, small kitchenette is a great asset, balcony nice to sit out on. Nice staff, easy parking. This was our second stay and I would certainly stay again if travelling on a budget. "

"The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"Excellent Location and perfect living space. Good price. Would stay again. However, apartment was dusty and some dishes were dirty when we arrived. The wifi was not available for the duration of our stay. We were expected to clean the entire apartment ourselves upon leaving which is probably why it wasn’t in amazing condition when we arrived. Overall amazing place, price, and location, just some little things that were a bit frustrating. "

"The pool was fantastic and clean. We had a wonderful room with two bedrooms and a gorgeous view! The amenities in the hotel were excellent. We had everything we needed in the little kitchen. It was close to everything we wanted to do. But the hill prohibited me from walking. "

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."
