"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but...

"We had the most relaxing time in a stunning location. Facilities were superb with only a 2 min walk to the Lakeside! The host Christina was so attentive, friendly and helpful. "Parking is a hassel. It is about 1/2 a kilometer away from the hotel. Then you have to take a cart to and from the hotel even with your luggage. In no where on the hotel descriptions this important information. When we arrived, I had to park on th street, then walk 5 min to get to the hotel to get the code to enter the parking lot... It would have been helpful to get this information ahead of time and the parking code. Othe than that the hotel is clean with beautiful view on the lake. "

"We absolutely had an amazing stay here! I honestly can’t wait to return. The spa, THE BREAKFASTS, the friendly staff, the room, the grounds the amazing scenery! It was a dream. Things that stand out are Luca at breakfast every morning, bottle of bubbles brought to the room for my husbands birthday, and sending me my pajamas when I accidentally left them the day we checked out. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."
