"For staying in Knysna it is a perfect location: we had a room with a view over the lagoon, they offer breakfast, parking (which will cost 30ZAR extra per day). The staff was super friendly and helpful. you have a nice pool area. And you are right at the waterfront which is beautiful to walk around - or you can go for dining, boat tours. "

"This place is an absolute gem! My husband and I truly enjoyed this venue for our last few days in Plettenburg Baii! The venue is absolutely beautiful but I can say that this place wouldn’t be as beautiful as it was without the great staff. The service given was superb and it truly felt like home being there!"

"We had a very nice 2-day stay in a room on the 1st floor. Luckily a member of staff was available to carry our 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs, as we were surprised to find there was no lift. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice of hot and cold food."

"Loved the location, modern design and beautiful view from the elevated pool terrace. Standard room was nicely decorated, neat and functional but it was very very tiny with no space to move by the bed and no space for a chair and the patio was internal with no view. This was a bit disappointing for the money. Suites looked wonderful though if your budget can stretch to that."

"Beautiful property. We went on an afternoon game drive and a morning horse ride. The horse I rode was a well trained thoroughbred with spirit but restrain. I rode up to zebra, impala and wildebeest. One of the most enjoyable rides I’ve ever been on. There is a wide variety of game on the reserve and we were given an excellent tour by a very knowledgeable guide.
