"Great place. There is every facilty for enjoyment you could think of including a warm swimming pool we used in late october, those big korean massage chairs, and lots for kids to do. The staff were all very friendly and super polite. "

"Loved the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet area, the staff were polite and the room was in great condition. The room itself is like a small apartment and has a washing machine, mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. If you’re renting a car, beware that you will have to search for a public parking spot near the hotel. My only complaint is that during the second day of my stay, a nasty cigarette smell entered my room through the bathroom ventilation. I told the receptionist about it,...

"Not email instructions on check in and the check in counter is not available. Thanks to the Korean guest help if not we would have to sleep on street. There is no water in the pool."

"--stayed in a two-level suite --views of the mountains are incredible --it felt very luxurious (three balconies!), yet reasonably priced (I stayed off-season) --upstairs bed was super comfortable; downstairs bed less so --fantastic bathtub area --dining area is a bit small considering how large the rest of the place is"

"We had an overall pleasant stay at CLUB ES Jeju. It's a little bit displaced from the commercial districts and that was a plus for us. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an ocean view you can't beat."

"Sarah is a very kind lady. My son was having very high fever above 40 and i was totally helpless trying to find the nearest hospital. Noelia was totally different before and after the booking. She requested me to respect her timezone and asked me to turn to Sarah. I was shocked as the attitude was totally different when i communicated with her in different timezone.
