"We were 3 couples all above 56 years old. When we arrived at the hotel there were 3 large group check-in ..but they handed our room keys to us and said they could complete all formalities after the crowd dispersed. "The reviews for this hotel just can't be genuine. check in time is 11:00 and we reached hotel at 1:00 p. m. Still we had to wait for 2and 1/2 hours. "Property is new and still under construction. Free breakfast was Good and hygiene. Train restaurant is excellent and kids will have fun. Food quality also good and tasty: Only concern is with rooms ( royal cotages). There are so many mosquitoes around so recommended to carry Odomos. Property is in Gangavati which is 20 kms away from Hampi . So own vehicle is must. Overall we had a very good time with family here and recommend to others as well. "

"This hotel is new, so it was going to have a few hiccups. We had several problems with the place. First, there is no sign from the main road. At the gate, twice the guard told us there was no hotel, yet both neighbors told us it was next door (it was).
