"I give this Hotel a million stars. From the garage to the manager you are treated with respect and smiles. Extremely polite respectful helpful amazing people. I stayed in hotels around the world was never impressed by its cleanliness, food, service and dedications of staff, they went an extra million steps on a daily basis to make sure i was happy and content. A big thank you to all the staff from the bellman to the manager. "

"This is the second time in this hotel, and I can clearly notice the decline in services.
I had a suite this time but I noticed dust at the bathroom floor, no hot water, plus I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in because the guy at the reception wasn’t aware of what to do with online booking! "
