Slightly inconvenient that you have to call the management company 1 hour in advance ilof arriving so that they can send an agent with keys; I would have preferred an access code sent electronically. "Lily pad could be wonderful. Its setting is beautiful. I was really looking forward to staying. However the lodge is damp and the heating is wholly inadequate, the macerator in the shower room had leaked under the laminate floor and was still leaking on my arrival.The property was a health hazard. It stank and the noise of the macerator and vent was horribly noisy. Paymán expected me to stay let a handyman try and fixit.he was due to get to me in an hour. I had arrived at 5:40 at 6:50they...

You have to pay them seperately for a deposit through a link they send you with your credit card - dicey and then it wouldn't take my US card so they wouldn't let us in after we paid for the whole stay on Expedia and refused to refund our stay when I cancelled on the spot. Nothing good to say, plus the area is a dump and the apt is located above a very dirty, grungy deli - not good!"
