"What a wonderful hotel! The front desk staff are amazing! We had an issue unrelated to the hotel (crashed iPhone) and they worked with us while we got it resolved. We so appreciate their kindness. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was beautiful and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay there again on our next visit to Oslo!"

"Lovely friendly staff that were always on half. Free fruit, tea, coffee and water at reception was a nice touch. Location was perfect, a short walk from the central station and main attractions. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, a fab selection. My only moan was the bed not being very comfortable! It was simply too soft so we kept rolling into the middle! "

We had a couple minor issues with our room we didn't notice until the first morning, but when we told reception, they gave us a time they would look at the problems (also informed we could switch rooms if the issues weren't solvable). "Super cool place to stay in a really central location. Camilla was very kind and helpful in setting up some balloons and flowers prior to our stay for my partner. It is more of ‘rooms’ over hotel. "Love that this hotel is connected to the train station. So convenient. We arrived at 10:30pm from our Norway in a Nutshell tour and just walked a little to get to the hotel, and then in the morning it was just a hop, skip and a jump to get to the airport train. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, although we like to toast our bread, and there wasn't a toaster. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you get a room looking out towards the Munch Museum, the view is incredible!"
