"Not a Hotels.com accommodation! This is an apartment and managed by multiple individuals which led to poor communication and a not so great stay. The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys. "The apartment was fabulous! The only negative was the check in/out process. You have to check in at the Western hotel, which means you have to park in the hotel's underground parking which is a disaster and you have to repeat the whole crazy process on check out. Once we got into the apartment it was lovley."

"rather a surprise, very good breakfast, shopping accros the street a few minutes to the city. Dinner at the hotel pub was poor, waitres had maybe her first day, food was very fast, actually to fast and we assume we got somebody elses order as we ordered chicken burger and not beef, but we where to tired to start a discussion. "Love this place! I was traveling with my aunt and uncle and the two bedroom apartment with a view of the water was wonderful. The apartments are in a really cute part of town and there are some fun restaurants within easy walking distance along with an ATM, a little grocery store, and a great bakery. Just note... the parking is VERY tight. If you have anything other than a compact, prepare for a very tight squeeze... especially if you are parked up against one of the support beams."
