Convenient parking to catch a cruise, when checked in was sent to a room that was dirty had not been cleaned, sent us to another room, larger nicer room, but we had no hot water and the window shade did not work. Parking to unload luggage is a bit of a cluster. The two ladies who checked us in and out were super nice, very accommodating and helpful.

The staff was good, but the property was in poor shape. There was a hole in the ceiling in reception, our heater didn't work, there was no hair dryer. My sister's room has wet carpet between the beds.

Stayed here before cruise. Have a great shuttle service to take you to port for small fee like $11. The room was really nice. Bed was amazing and very clean room. Front staff extremely friendly! Breakfast wasn’t great but typical hotel breakfast. Would stay again !!
