Location was great. The staff in the lobby were all great. The room had a smell to it but was clean bed a a tub. The worse part was the noise. Lots of yelling from the staff who cleans to the other guest. We had a loud guest next to us who was constantly yelling. kids in the pool yelling. Windows and walls are not sound proof. Too much commotion at early hours of the day.

Electric door would not close properly at least 5 times during our stay. 4am in the morning trying to close the door without it beeping and waking up the other person in my room wasnt cool. My shower towels provided (4 of them from the frontdesk as my room didnt have them) were all bathmats. I could have had someone sew all 4 of them together but still wouldnt compare to an average size bath towel I had at every other hotel I stayed in my lifetime. Extremely aged seats in the breakfast area with lots of stains and crumbs from others eating (this was at 9:30am) Beds were comfortable and the room was good.

Reservation for Partial View.. and it did NOT disappoint!!! Check in was easy process, went to room, and it was cozy. The view at night was sketchy, but the view the next morning was lovely. I was close to pool, but still didn’t hear noise. The only noise I heard was fireworks (sense it was NYE) . But I will return.

The man at front desk was super nice & fast check in! The room is old and outdated. Musty smell, bathroom door handle falling off, spotty hot water, not enough towels for everyone, dirty windows made the ocean view a little difficult to enjoy, bugs, needs to be painted. Thankful just there for one night. The reviews that said 10/10 not sure where that came from.

While everything was in order and the staff was great. I feel that they should keep people with animals away from those who don’t bring animals to the property. I had to get another room because the person next to me had very loud dogs. Other than that, they need to exterminate the property more often for roaches. I saw a couple of them in my room that I hadn’t before when I stayed at the same hotel. The hotel overall stays clean it was just disappointing to see that.

I was so disappointed. When I booked the reservation, it showed that the hotel was pet-friendly, but it didn’t mention any charges for pets. I have a 13-year-old Yorkie. At the front desk, when I checked in, they asked if I had a pet. Of course, I honestly said yes, and they charged me for my pet. They should clearly state in their system how much they charge so that people know before arriving at the hotel. I drove all the way from Oklahoma and had no choice but to pay. They should not hide the charges online.

When we showed up, it looked like everything was fine. We killed around 15-20 cockroaches in our room. They were in the bed, coming from the ceiling, and under the tile.

The property needs to do something about a large flock of noisy birds in the courtyard. They were on the palm trees right outside our room on the 4th floor so it was impossible to get to sleep. The hotel is clean, conveniently located and has good staff, great for a short stay.
