"Very small room. Very thin mattress. The construction of the "second floor" on which you sleep doesn't feel much professional and a bit unsafe. The air gets stuffy very fast when sleeping because of the lack of space. The shared bathrooms were clean when we arrived but got absolutely disgusting by the second night with urine everywhere."

"The guy at checkin was outstanding. It was our anniversary and he left us a handwritten note, balloons and chocolates on our pillow! How nice is that? He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel itself was wonderful too... excellent location as it's close to SNTB central so perfect for day trips to Bruges and Luxemborg and very walkable to Grand Place where all the restaurants and shops are. It's far enough away from the Place that you don't get the crowds, but close enough to walk within 5-10 minutes. Rooms were spacious and updated. Bed and pillows were comfy. would definitely stay there again. Lived up to its 9.2 rating!!!"

"had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was truly enjoyable, and I must say — the breakfast was absolutely the best I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel! A wonderful variety and great quality that really stood out. The hotel is located near the North Station, which is convenient for travel, though personally, I would opt for public transport or a taxi rather than walking from there. The city centre is about a 15-20 minute walk away, which is quite manageable, and there’s also a bus stop nearby that makes getting around even easier."

"Excelente localização, pessoal muito gentil e solícito, hotel muito limpo, quarto simples, mas muito limpo e silencioso, com TV, ótimo café da manhã. Chegamos em Bruxelas 1,5h antes das 15h, mas já pudemos fazer o check-in e ocupar o quarto. Ótima estadia do primeiro ao últmo dia. Pretendemos voltar."
