It was a beautiful town with great shops and restaurants. People were very friendly and helpful and the Island was full of history and quaint little streets.
Unique features of Gallipoli Historic Center include the historical sites and beaches. Make a stop by Gallipoli Fish Market or Gallipoli Castle while you're exploring the area.

Gallipoli was amazing, we did 3 days here. It’s has a bit more of w Cory feel and then there is the old town which is amazing to wonder around and explore!
Old town is beautiful, nice to stroll around and plenty of places for food and drink
Gallipoli is a beautiful town, with some fantastic restaurants. The seafood is amazing. The region of Salento is pretty, with lots of beautiful coastline, beaches and historical towns.
