"Wonderful artwork and efficient layout in the rooms. So much thought put in including charging cables at each head of bed for electronic devices. The staff were so friendly and suggested many dining and activity things based on our interests and even pinned the locations on our map for us. My family would definitely stay at this place again. "Had to make a last minute hotel switch because the previous hotel was bad. Rivertain blew me away with their quality for the price. Enjoyed the fresh fruit and decent eggs for breakfast, appreciated the clean main room aesthetic, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. "메리어트정도 되는 네임벨류를 가진 호텔이 발렛을 24시간 운영하지 않는 점과 운영시간 내에도 발렛 직원이 자리를 자주 비워 고객이 직접 찾아다니고 요청을 한다는게 이해가 안 감. 그리고 호텔 내에서 운영하는 레스토랑이 정기휴무가 있다는 점도 이해가 되지 않음. 서울에 있는 특급호텔에 비교하면 이름값 말고는 전체적으로 여러 방면에서 한참 부족함."
