"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and charged the bill to my room. A few hours later the power was shut down in my room. I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They stated this was their tactic to get me to come downstairs and see them because my lunch bill was unpaid. Firstly, the bill was paid. "Gabriella and Fausto are amazing hosts. He is a gentleman and was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. Air conditioning in the room breakfast was available for us in our room 24/7. "This was our second stay at this hotel. This hotel is a classic Italian charm. The staff is incredible helpful and polite. Our room(junior suite) was perfect in size, always cleaned, staked with fresh towels, including towels for the pool. Breakfast served in the restaurant , variety of hot/cold choices you can order. Pools are clean , with the thermal water that satisfies your preference for the day from cold to hot. Treatments are very good! Nighttime live music , is a lovely touch to complete your day of a whole relaxation. Looking forward to visit this hotel again and again."
